Why pay money for gurus when you could get a wealth of knowledge by browsing through the forums for FREE!

New to posting in bigger pockets but I've been browsing for quite a while now.

Parents involved in real estate, browsing bigger pockets..Contrary to what other more risk-averse investors might tell you, I think you should start with a 4 unit.

You can likely find much of the info you're seeking with some browsing and continued engagement right here on the BP site under, for example, the tabs for Education, Tools, etc (including the webinar, course, podcast, books, and local REI meet ups in your area). 

I was browsing online and saw a company named Peak Capital Funding.

They are looky loos just browsing around.The best use we have come up with FB ads is to use them as part of your follow up.

So what is the average marketer telling the seller....Give me your address NOW, but I am not going to tell you who I am, what I do with the information, what I look like,  or any information anyone would NEED to trust you enough to give their information.Sure there are always people that don't care and fill it in.But do you really think granny Margaret will be happy to give you her address living alone without the ability to browse your "about us " page? 

I've always known Allentown as a really depressed town, but just now in browsing around I see lots of beautiful new McMansions being built.

I will browse for a while so I learn more...
