Does anyone know of an investor that would be looking for this type of an investment in a rural area of NC by the Virginia border?

I live in Gurnee, Illinois which is by the Illinois\Wisconsin border.

Currently researching VR opportunities across the border in Baja, MX so feel free to hit me with any tidbits of advice, pitfalls, connections etc!

However on the East side of Little Haiti bordering Biscayne there are some very nice streets.

From the city-data maps I've looked at, west Philly and pockets of north Philly are the places to avoid but I could be wrong.IMHO, yes to avoiding North and West, however, there are profitable neighborhoods bordering these areas.

I cannot go into the details of our current situation, but I will state that the renovations will outweigh the amount of rent we've collected from them over the past two years.For performance of credit checks, we use TVS (available on both sides of the border) and Rentcheck (Canada specific).  

I'm jealous of your second amendment rights, here in the not-so great state of NJ, that particular right to carry doesn't exist, youee the Constitution stops at our border with PA.  

The property mentioned borders Gravios Park on Louisiana. 

In fact, Wayne county borders up against Washtenaw county where you are familiar with *AA and Ypsi).
