This area activities will be limited to a basketball goal behind a high school.

I graduated from UNLV in 2002 with an education degree while playing on the Basketball team.  

It should have a legend that describes what can and cant the piece of land can be used for.

My perspective is that if "real estate" is a sport then I'd argue something like managing $800/month units is basketball and $400/month units is football.

We also have no other debt except the mortgages and we both have graduate degrees (thanks to basketball scholarships) so this is something we can really be adding money to.

People are on vacation, they are having fun, they aren't thinking about the neighbor who has to get up to work the next morning, or the senior who want's to hear the birds in the morning, not a basketball at 7am or the crew arriving home at midnight.   

Ive heard good things about Sacramento too...If I hadn't trashed my knees playing basketball, I'd come run for dollars sometime. :)
