I plan on taking the Real Estate Agent course to learn about the business and really know what i’m doing but i won’t be able to do that until after my wedding.I would like to be able to purchase my first home by the end of next year but have no idea how realistic that really is, my fiancé and i currently have no money saved (what we have will be for our wedding).

My assumption is only based on that this is what I was told many moons ago when my then fiancé and I entered into a lease a month before our wedding.

It's a lot of house for me alone, and think the market for it would be doing a Short Term Rental with it for reunions, wedding parties, conference housing for BSSM, womens/mens groups, youth, etc.

I don’t have much to put down at the moment due to recently buying my first house and paying for a wedding but I would like to get started in REI sooner rather than later.

Pretty nice family member giving you $50k, I think I got $500 one time, might have been at my wedding  Second, a heloc of 75% on $140k is only $105k, so an additional $15k may not be worth the hassles to either you or the bank. 

Now this year it's definitely going to happen and the original plan was to use most of our wedding gifts to cover the cost.Goal/Bird #2: Been super motivated and pumped up this past year to make my first investment and feeing confident in the knowledge/info I've gained over the past several years.
