Now you see them selling and working part time at Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Lowe's etc. to pay bills.If they would have invested the money in the good times to get 50k or higher in passive annual cash flow then they would be in a much better situation for themselves.

Those things are deceptive anyway you cut it.Letting an owner believe that they will be purchasing their house in 30 days, when in reality they couldn't get a Walmart gift card without a cosigner is a deceptive practice.
