Total cost of the downtown streetcar project remains $102 million for a 2.2-mile route (with 4.4 miles of track running both ways) from River Market to near rebuilt  Union Station.

I've looked at 5+ unit deals in your area (a few years ago) and I've connected with local credit unions that are open to lending on them.

Did you see all 3 credit reports (Experian, Equifax and Trans Union for each of them) 60 days or more after closing?

Talking with my local credit unions, they don't look at me like a serious buyer.
