If you wanted to work with a developer/builder, I would think with our engineering backgroud, you should be able to be a project manager, forward planning, even acquistions associate, albeit with some training

I just can't imagine this advice working.I give out free a thorough sub to training with complete examples of ALL docs and how to fill the contract out and added verbage to get the seller to initial.

I see two ways of attacking this: - Paid mentorship/training- Teach myself (YouTube videos, Reading, Trail by Fire basically) I am leaning towards the paid option because I do have the capital to pay for a program.
