We have three major properties two in Orlando and one in Tampa and a few smaller ones scattered throughout. 

I have about 30 SFR in Houston area--20 in NE and the rest scattered among the suburbs.I'm looking to switch my make-ready company.The basics: General repairs, fixing up/touching up a house after move-out, painting, etc.

Baltimore has  some, Takoma Park MD has some....and then there are just a few scattered here and there.

I have several properties scattered in Vegas and Reno.  

Cloverdale also has most of the larger MF properties, the rest scattered along 8th or 14th.Everywhere that isn't already L zoned got upzoned via HALA to RSL (residential small lot) - which may or may not make much of a difference in the short term,  but will eventually mean 2 houses on a 5000sf lot,  or 5 per 10000sf if 2 adjacent lots could be assembled.Due to the comparatively affordable rents in SP,  along with its good commute location,  there will be ZERO problem keeping a decently maintained, respectable property rented.   

My brain feels so scattered that I know this post will be as well.

I'm sure there are some scattered here and there, but the hype has no doubt driven demand for the area way up (along with prices).

And by following the correct steps above, it will be a lot easier to identify the right people because your equipped with the details from above vs just blind scatter shot of "I don't know" and leaving it up to them to dictate all those decision points for you. 

The single family homes are scattered throughout Oahu, but mostly on the North Shore and Windward side.  

I've actually seen quite a few scattered throughout the historic districts of Phoenix that otherwise have SFH residential zoning....the separate metering/address could be very old and grandfathered in at this point.
