I so look forward to connecting with others in the real estate community to learn and share.By getting into real estate investments, I know that I will not only make a better and more fulfilling life for myself and my family, but I will also be a role model and possibly have a positive impact on the neighborhoods that I grew up in (war zones-we'll see).Right now I am so excited, maybe too excited, to jump right in.

I'm assuming its a no-brainier.One other thing....I'm not interested in investing in war zones or section 8 but I would considered the city of albany which is where I grew up ans has cheaper properties.

I work full time and graduated from NKU last December thus my familiarity and preference with the NKY area, my fiancé also has a lot of family in the area as she grew up there; I myself grew up in Cincinnati, Sycamore.Hopefully I can get advice going forward on what to look for with potential properties, cash flow analysis, and so forth; maybe even meet some local members.Questions, comments, or rude remarks for me?
