If what you refer to is "pier & post" (instead of poured concrete) foundation, it is easy to see if there is anything to worry about.

Seems strange to have people invest over $100k and not have a way to contact someone on the phone .I imagine even if you could you wouldn’t be getting Cardone on the phone .

Man, I can't imagine being in Metro Detroit and not going hard into the Detroit (proper) market.That's exactly what I did and it's been amazing.

All speculation at this point, but near Lee St/29 and a little north of the Sylvan Hills neighborhood, imagine this:  taking MARTA from the airport heading back north in town, you get off of at a hub, where now you can walk over to the Atlanta Beltline terminal and take transport to your stop. 

I can't imagine a government lending agency remodeling properties.

I'd imagine all of these questions (like what would happen in an instance when one individual would like to sell) would be spelled out in some sort of operating agreement before purchasing any property.
