I’d definitely feel more comfortable lowering my expectations by half or a third and gradually scaling up by adding one small multifamily at a time.

Example: While you can't get a reliable answer on some topic like "X", if you write up what you think about "X" and then ask it to critique your write-up, it'll often do a pretty good job.One thing I'd say is you want to use it to flesh out answers in your areas of domain expertise.
