Once more and more people grasp the fact that the city is really bringing itself positive change they will realize that this once used to be a diamond in the rough that they walked away from.Michael, I definitely agree with you that there are some crazy things that happen in war zones, but at the same time at the end of the day if you know what you are doing then as you said you can make the most amount of money from these type of properties.

Either way, if you can't grasp those basic concepts, you're not going to be able to grasp why your hypothesis is not supported.Your correlation and causation is fancy in terminology(which you like to use) but irrelevant in this discussion.Actually, it's not fancy, it's seventh grade mathematics.Go find someone who is good in math/logic and whose opinion you respect, and show him this post.
