How do you ensure a healthy and supportive environment in your co-living space?

Is there anyone well versed in Colorado law that can answer a few questions before I consult with a lawyer?

Based on this disclosure and the constraints they put up for showings, inspections and contracts, it is not possible to do proper due dil, which is why I chose to never work with them in the Denver Market.In the immortal words of Ronald Reagan, "... trust but verify"!

If this isn't being done, then yes that does fall on Brandon (and his other co-owners) as the buck stops with them regarding institutional failures. 

Looking to do something similar out in CO in the next few years!

Outside of my insights from data, there are a few things I'd like to pop in here to hopefully take this conversation in a direction that helps us all learn from this and grow in our businesses together, elevate the industry together, find a path to co-exist where each business contributes to the overall industry growth... challenges the other to innovate and create fresh new solutions for customers to win big... and leads towards our industry getting stronger not weaker. 

A short back story is a long term friend and co worker and I have been talking for a year about getting in to rentals (his parents own 12).

So really this investment would either need to be cash or bring in a few investor friends and co-own the property.
