Will we eventually establish roots to either permanently live someplace else or become snow birds?

Maybe work for them for free for a couple of months bird dogging (you'll learn about this in your readings) or making cold calls for them. 

We talk about analysis paralysis regarding a deal, but for me it’s even before that… I’ve got some cash saved, a good W-2 job with decent income and great credit (>800)… but the job requires most of my time so I don’t really have the time to “bird dog” or rehab or wholesale… I’m looking for something relatively passive… I realize that means I won’t get all the “meat on the bone” for myself… That’s OK.I’m looking to invest for cash flow at this point.

Does anyone have a similar story and accompanying resolution?  

My dad and grandpa went a few times when vacationing (snow birds) in Florida.

Put a lot more money in your budget for frequent window and deck cleaning (ocean = ocean birds), any outdoor furniture and/or extras will wear very fast.

As a GC, I obviously worked with lots of PE's and generally speaking most were book-smart kinda guys who couldn't build a bird house.

@Alyssa De Los Santos We hire "bird dogs" to build up our driving for dollar list, most of them are uber drivers or delivery men.

Then the question is do you hold out to 70 to get the max or take at 66.5  for me bird in the hand once I can get that SSI with no income penalty and live in a state that does not tax SSI  thats what we will do ..
