If someone comes to me, I'll send them your way.If you need help in your search or want to verify something don't hesitate to ask.For example: I have clients worldwide and things are just as easy as I e-mail them, talking on the phone.

Having said that though, I also stumbled across this site the other day that contains some interesting stats about worldwide property prices in comparison to income (and other useful info).

. :) I work with hundreds of vacation rental homeowners worldwide, and it's definitely a really exciting time to be in the industry given all that's been happening with the sharing economy.

After attending numerous seminars world wide over the last 5 years I am sad to say I have never been to a bigger sale pitched one like the Rich Dad Poor Dad one I attended in Kansas City.It actually made me feel very uncomfortable as to how hard the sale was.The book that changed my life was Rich Dad Poor Dad so it was very disappointing to see such pushy in your face sales strategies.This is just my opinion of the Kansas City seminar.Thanks.

BP does not vette these folks in any way shape or form.. use normal due diligence... and protocol.. its seems the lending world is the new target for scammers world wide.. with rates that sound great but are not real.Look to the lenders that post a lot on this site... 

They are first class operators and really fine people.It is my observation that they have hundreds of satisfied customers worldwide.
