@Simon PoweMultifamily will generally have higher turnover than single family and it can also be a bit higher maintenance since the tenants seem to take less care of the units.

Yes, you can go visit Class C & D tenants at their homes to convince them to sign up for auto-pay, but:1) Once you leave they will revert2) Their biggest problem is NSFs!

I would also add that you join your local REIA chapter (Real Estate Investor Association) as it will allow you to network with other STR owners and get more location-specific information.
