Generally in this day and age its pretty easy to do quick due diligence (google, website, reviews, etc) to determine if a lender is reputable or not.Also - noting look straight from the NewFi websitehttps://newfi.com/dscr-loans/something is definitely off here if you were told you got a DSCR Loan and were required to provide tax returns to "qualify" - someone is not telling you the 100% truth which is certainly a flag to me.

The exception would be a superior website maintained for SEO, IF your investment program is large enough to cover the $5k upfront cost and the $500 per month maintenance for an optimized website.

I looked on their website and couldn't find any cost amount, everything points to the ladder trap (free webinar, followed by free 3hrs class, followed by free weekend class with $$$$ VIP option, followed by $$$$$ enrollment, followed by more $$$$$ for "advanced training/tools/program").And I looked at your profile - "passion for learning.
