We are going to spend about 20K to bring it up to par but defiantly worth it.

We are deciding between hiring a property management company, finding a full time handyman or a hybrid of hiring a property management company for our bigger buildings and using a handyman contracting company for the easier ones.

We are seeing now how people are pulling back saying they are going to coast for a while etc etc..

It looked like in 2022/2023 they were going to suck liquidity back out of the market, but this year we are up again.I am not sure if we are going to actually see the announced tariffs or if that is just saber rattling.

So we are doing a double flip with both the house and the land.  

We are considering becoming a private lender with them and I am doing some background research on him and his companies and wondering if anyone has done any deals with them.

This year two more moved out and now we are down to 5.
