I positioned mine near Case Western Reserve University and the hospital system, and that has been a major advantage.

Ideally, I think many new agents want to go full time but would like to build a pipeline and get systems in place before leaving the 9-5.

I also call the local court system to see if anything is flagged on file. 

The windows, roof, electricals, plumbing systems, and gas lines all need major upgrade to bring the property up to date. 

The system was set up to allow those claims to go through, and with the right legal help, insurance companies would often settle to avoid going to court.
