Hi everyone, I am currently in negotiation for a house that has dog a cat urine on the floors.

Tenant's dog urinated in the garage and sweep into the cement.

Imagine a stench of cat urine throughout the house, dried cat feces in a front room closet and on the back porch, unwashed roasting pans left in the warming drawer of the stove, etc. 

I still remember viewing an apartment as a prospective renter nearly 15 years ago  -- beautiful apartment but the stink from cat urine was awful.

My understanding is that effectiveness is due in part to the acidic vinegar having a neutralizing effect on the alkaline urine. 

You will see if the urine is sprayed just on the floor or on the drywall as well.

If we replace, we prorate the cost to take into account ordinary wear and tear, and the life expectancy of the item.If the cats sprayed their urine in the residence, then the damages could be significant.

The house smells like urine and after asking around, I've determined that it wasn't a pet but the elderly former owner.
