It's good to undergo the realtor/ title consort route is the way to go for the concept income history.

She wants $190 to be able to move out to a new place.Im no pro at rehab estimates but id say a good $80k/$100k is needed in rehab. the block is undergoing gentrification but she doesnt want to sell it to a typical old wig investor.

I read about the need for properties to be seasoned before undergoing a 1031, but I'm not expecting to have any appreciation subject to capital gains. 

There are three houses right across from the house mentioned above that are undergoing rehab right now.

I don't see myself having to undergo the same situation down the road.

To  boot, the property can be sold before even  under  going  rehab and already have a buyer lined up and  waiting, ready  for  the  purchase  of  a  renevated  property. 

I'll definitely keep this article as part of my niche strategies and criteria to undergo in such investment venture.

In other words, are you required to file again every time you bring an issuer to market or do the subsequent issuers you bring to market undergo an "easier" process?
