The house is in a medium density zone and there are a few cookie cutter duplexes down the street that look recently built.Now that you have a little background, does anyone have experience with making this kind of transformation?

This home was turned into an airbnb and is being transformed into a duplex.

The area will be transformed just like Holly Springs south of 55.

Battery backup systems are used primarily for remote locations when it is less expensive to include batteries than it would be to get access to utility power, for example a remote cabin where running overhead lines in and possibly adding a transformer will cost a lot of money, solar with batteries may be cheaper.

In the last two years, this area has been completely transformed.

There are some exceptions like when you want to sell you homestead to your own a Corp to get the 121 exclusion to transform it as a rental.

It was by far our largest transformation to date.We listed the weekend after Thanksgiving which I still believe diverted some of the interest of our typical buyers but in any event, we were able to secure a buyer’s contract within 2 weeks of listing it.
