The iconic burger chain has confirmed plans to open its second-largest location at the BLVD shopping complex across from Aria.

Both properties are located on the east side of Houston and present solid investment opportunities.

This time it's void of location premium not proximity, and that should absolutely be a deciding factor. 

I'd say it's a good deal considering you are in a location you want to be with a solid asset.

This is located in a tourist lake/ski town with extremely high demand for lodging.
