Some agents (many in my experience) become very territorial of commissions and any new agent may not want to come in, since you already started engaging with the listing agent.That being said, what I would really recommend is some type of consultant.  

Given the massive military presence there, I would recommend making your initial focus on renting to other military if the BAH numbers work out for what you need.

The Everett area will have an increase in military presence over the next couple of years.

Locations are not important as long as they on board remotely/online and have a strong "online friendly" presence that can satisfy most general banking needs (attractive ach fees, online check deposit, ect). 

It gives the property a presence of how you live in this house and adds tremendous marketing traffic and often value to the property.

I suggest you focus on online presence because you also are building a brand with google (as time goes by most likely you will get more hits and pop up more during searches) this is almost like owning your marketing as opposed to renting your marketing.

I understand that its just business and it comes with the territory of property management, but I am wondering if you guys have any strategies or tips on how to soften the blow.  

But the reason for the importance of this factor is now clear: the presence of frequent and substantial sales is highly relevant to each of the principal statutory inquiries listed above.

Whatever they do in life, they are awake to the presence of talent, they are are always listening for the voices of bright people.

@Mason HickmanMason and everyone this was perfect and kind of what I thought in regards to a response but I wanted to get a gauge on it.The territory I want to look for a rental I have someone lined up to reach out to.
