Should we:-Suggest temporary grab bars that can be attached with suction cups and leave it to her to purchase them?

They say they just started this job this week and get paid weekly.Maybe I should just accept this person since I live here and it's not like screening a tenant for a SFH, and don't want to have a vacant room for a month when I already have other roommates.Are they worth considering since their money shortage seems very temporary?

Also, if the heating system was broken you should have provided some type of temporary heaters....electric, whatever.

The bad part of these loans is that they are temporary....6 months - 1 year interest only with a balloon payment for balance in full.  

Problems: Mold remediation took 2 weeks longer than expected, bulkhead needed 3k of repairs that were not accounted for, someone stole our metal gangway that connected floating dock with main deck, electricity via temporary pole in the yard because city of jacksonville inspectors would not go into the house with mold inside it. 

Honestly there's something for everyone, and even if it doesn't sound appealing...just remember house hacking is a temporary way of living.

Maybe having then apply for the temporary rental assistance would give them a year to find another place instead of 30 days and I'd have more time to look for tenants...

I understand there are travel medical professionals, relo's, temporary housing for reno, and digital nomads, but to be honest, it feels like demand could be choppy.  

The tenant's cost to move to a temporary location is always on them or their renters insurance.
