I do feel confident in the area's overall appreciation due to the high demand in Los Angeles and surrounding (I know that there is a risk of a market downturn). 

The surrounding area was exploding with 500k-1.2M homes, and this small quaint town offered a lot of local charm with a double lot we purchased for $12,000.
