Has anyone faced a similar situation and found a solution?

One of the bedrooms on the ground level is currently my office, and I was considering keeping the desk, and buying a monitor & docking station.

- Everyone: What solutions do you see to make housing more affordable?

It could be a mess in the beginning , but like anything else , things will shake out and someone will come up with a better solution . 

The average temperature in the United States is 50 degrees, but if you are standing in Death Valley or Gnome, Alaska, what you experience may feel very different.In the handful of MSAs that I monitor, I'm seeing YoY rent changes from (2%) to 8%.

What security boxes or other solutions do you use to insure the rent is as secure as possible before taking it to the bank? 

They do a great job following up and providing real solutions to problems. 

.- Consider reimbursing the new owner: While not ideal, paying the $6k might be the most cost-effective solution to protect the contractor's license and your reputation.- Learn for future projects: This experience underscores the importance of thorough inspections, even on recently installed systems.- Check statute of limitations: Depending on your state, there might be a time limit on claims related to construction defects.As a hard money lender specializing in fix and flip deals, I've seen similar situations arise.

We get the opportunity to engage with PGE for our power company.We have walked through a number of EV charging solutions but they seem to not understand the process.I want something convenient, easy, and provides some revenue (this may be asking too much).
