I've always thought that strange since every place I've lived in as a tenant I scrubbed clean at move out; both to get my security deposit back and because I'd be ashamed to leave a rental unit filthy,It's important to understand that even if an inspection is required within a certain number of days after move out, these states still give a landlord a certain number of days to provide the departing tenant with information regarding the status of their security deposit.

We scrub the list to remove things like: properties with a mortgage, duplicates, etc. and spend a tremendous amount of time on pricing, because although these offers may be a lot less than retail, they are not out of the question.

They want to know SURETY OF CLOSE so seller know the buyer performs and not playing games.More than money being wasted time is most valuable.By the time some of those properties hit the sites mentioned we are already under PSA on it and listing brokers just keep it up their for fishing to build more buyers and scrub the leads to see if any of them worth anything.
