Well, with that, it's hard to say a going rate, you really have to gauge from what they are doing.

I think a lot of people prefer long-term leases so you can prevent turnover, but I’d say a large portion of the renter market in SD are people looking to rent a room out of a house because it’s more economical than renting an entire apartment.
