I'm betting it's a small multi in Miami market where you can OO one unit and rent others, right.   

If you are being charge a flat rate, I'd bet sometimes she finishes early and others it takes her a bit longer.

Plenty of SFHs that are simple vacation homes for families getting out of the city and I would bet that will continue to be the case.

I bet the deal will still make good sense.  

I was a little on the fence at the beginning but they have been rolling out features and with the new funding I would bet their tech map will push them over the edge.   

If the cabin were cash-flowing, we might use the excess cash to continue paying the loans over time and bet on the equity growth to continue to be a positive for us.

Actually, that may be the better bet for getting more cash out now and we offer an Interest-only program on DSCR if you were trying to max out re-investment in the short to mid term.  

Your best bet may to be to look for a HELOC or Closed End Second Lien on that property to take out some equity
