Then earn their trust by providing a verifiable resume of your experience as it relates to construction and real estate.Now you have to find a property with numbers that make sense.Even then you need to have cash for the closing costs, points due to the lender, and the monthly interest payments.

If he has an average resume (or none at all), he won't get a second look from potential employers who have hundreds of them to look at.

A wholesaler with a strong rehab and marketing resume could be very helpful.  

resumes are important, experience is important. numbers aren't everything
