My question is if I have about 50k which I would be able to use of my own money, should I use my money and loan the rest, or use a loan for all of it?

I am aware of the restrictions enforced by the IRS on what I can and cannot do in terms of ineligible partners, etc.If would then want to BRRRR and restore my cash after refinancing.

I currently have my "extra" money wrapped up in a classic car restoration that will be worth $40k-$60k when finished.
