He's now $11k behind on property taxes and the house is up for auction on April 24th 2017.The house has every possible problem from aesthetics, to sewage issues, lead paint, and even mold.  

Recently I've found some great homes that appear to be in good shape functionally (newer HVAC and solid roof /structure) but don't have the aesthetic "sexy" curb appeal.

All in all I think your design aesthetic is very tasteful and the house flows extremely well, but location, location, location is always king.

Greys look good in spaces with clean lines and a more modern aesthetic.  

This would be the most expensive route, but it would also be the aesthetically pleasing way to do it.

I can attest to the chatter over the wire in regards to Trenton being the next big thing.I recently attended the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market (an amazing time, by the way) that was held in the old Roebling industrial building.
