I'd look at it as a heating problem as well.

We had a problem a few years ago when a couple who had lived at our unit had a child who tested high, and even then they needed to retest them 2 months later to be sure it was not a false positive.

I would say the majority of accredited investors have a similar problem as these windfall investors.

I honestly think it's being alone in my work that is the major problem, as well as being business partners with someone who brings nothing to the table aside from financing.

@Robert Arroyo This maybe not that big of a problem as you think. 

No problem as long as the price is right and you have the budget to update it.

I just can't imagine that this notice to the lender wouldn't cause an eventual problem a small percentage of the time.
