They send me photos. 

This question gets into the weeds a bit but I was hoping to get some feedback on the order of photos for my condo rental listing. 

Make sure you take high quality photo's or consider hiring a photographer!

I use a flat fee service, because I typically do my own staging, do my own photos, write my own descriptions, and do my own negotiations.

If it were me I'd either plan on moving,, or pay my rent to the court have rent put in escrow until repairs are made then court gives rent to owner,, it's the only legal way to stay in unit if landlord isn't doing repairs,, She must also put in writing to landlord repairs that need to be made..I'd take photos' of the issues.. 

I've seen some do an acid wash and not try to cover up the existing but just clean it up.In the photo, the real wall paint color is by Sherwin Williams Interactive Cream.

Purchased a primary residence, rent the top floor on AirBNB and after one month of the listing being up (3 reviews, only iPhone photos used), the AirBNB income has me almost cash-flow neutral on my mortgage.
