Personally I would just get the proper licensing and insurance if I wanted to manage properties for others. 

So I don’t have to reinvent the wheel every time I hire a new person.

My personal example is a one bedroom condo I’ve held my entire adult life - and this is in a top tier market - Dupont Circle neighborhood in Washington DC.

I always remember that rockstars know rockstars, so find someone who is a mover and shaker - likely a meetup host - and then ask them who they know.The people doing 100 flips are super busy, so I've also found the best person to find is someone who is a step or two ahead of me...so maybe for you, that is someone doing 2-3 flips a year. 

Agent: Their experience with investing personally and their experience working with customers just like you.

if you have an LLC and both properties are under it, you just need 1 operating account.If both are under your personal, 1 bank account specifically for the rental is enough for operating.Security Deposits should always be a separate account altogether.

Learning from a successful person would help to make your business more "bullet proof".

If you did not like that experience, maybe you should try a smaller company to get a more personalized service experience.  

We have been able to get some great deals simply by doing extra research that the average person wasn't willing to do.

Like Jonathan said, in-person meetings with other investors is the best place.
