If your utilities ran on my easement based on what you have posted, I'd grab a shovel, break them in half and tell you don't dare touch my property except to drive on it.Personally, I'm rooting for your neighbor.

I've been raising rents to "I dare you to move." levels trying to get one vacant so I can sell it for some more MN lakefront property but either I was under market or the market's rising fast.

I thinking of things such as-Sustainable building practices-Regenerative Architecture-Roof top Agriculture-Dare I say "how to reduce tenants rents"-Changing Housing Policies and laws-Providing more low income properties-Keeping costs down while providing quality unit/product Im hoping to hear some examples of "good will" you've witnessed within the REI industry
