I found a Wordpress template that I liked and got signed up for web hosting through GoDaddy (they were exceptionally patient and helpful with me in getting it set up) and all is at a much cheaper price than what you are being quoted.

During the time that I am looking for a buyer, I would have cash flow to cover any expenses be it planned or unplanned coming in from the tenant while patiently waiting for a buyer.Of course that's not a reliable way of creating long term wealth but I think its a vehicle i could use in order to reach the ideal duplex or multi family properties that I would want to keep as anchor properties.
