I was sold a Hard Money Lending package a little over a year ago.

I'm selling a turn-key property package with great cashflow.Here's my question:I live in California but put title of ownership to all 5-properties under a local (Michigan) LLC which i established when i bought the properties.

First, I do understand the risks of Single family package deals, and will inspect each property and pick the best ones. 

What most people try and do is pay someone who doesn't really understand the business (of the industry in question -- in this case, real estate) and they cobble something together to get the minimum words they think the search engines like while re-packaging existing content. 

As stated above, except for any food or drink you happen to order there is no charge to attend.

I think I love food more than passive income so I will definitely try it out!

Though the city needs a lot of work in terms of crime and school, there aren't too many small/mid size cities with the arts, food, nightlife, access to suburbs, lakes, wine region, etc. that Rochester has while having extremely low taxes.
