I think the most I could possibly get monthly out of the property is 1000 based off of rentometer, zillow, and BP.

While replacing the toilet, a burst pipe caused Cat 3 water damage that rendered large part of downstairs kitchen and upstairs bathroom unavailable and cordoned off for repairs .

Very unlikely unless you find a private lender/individual to do this as a one-off.
