Hi everyone,Can anyone recommend an attorney in Atlanta, GA or nearby who specializes in rent to own aka lease options?

Hi all. I'm a local Investor and "wholetaler."  I am new to actively engaging the site. Any suggestions on good meetups/groups that are not a bunch of happy hours?

I would recommend also working nearby towns within 30 to 40 minutes.

Did a Starbucks open up nearby? 

As a Designer and someone who lives in a near-by neighborhood, I want to be a part of our town's re-development and have identified these vacant lots as somewhere I would like to find investors to work with to build new homes sprinkled in to this particular neighborhood, which is right on the edge of downtown.While the real estate prices for existing homes in this area aren't great, new construction prices around town for other developments are running $175,000-$250,000.

Friends rent nearby so that number is confirmed.

Some are flat rates for re-leasing, some are no-fees, some are a % of rent, some have maintenance call-out fees, some have in-house no fee maintenance calls.Questions:- Is it unrealistic to ask someone to meet up with me to walk the (vacant) properties with me and/or meet up nearby the occupied ones to show them the place?

Very few people will pay $3K/mo when there are smaller houses for $1500 nearby.

My instinct tells me this is probably not great although it does mean there is commerce nearby so hoping that is a positive.
