It'd be interesting to see how one holds up with someone taking a shower, running the washing machine and the dish washer all at the same time.I would not consider them at all for an apartment.

First off, I don't think the "PM me and I'll spill the dirt" will work, because it can get you in the same legal trouble if a scammer tricks you into dishing dirt on themselves, now they have a very clear paper trail of you slandering them.

For instance, I had a tenant that never washed their dishes before putting them in the dishwasher...she also deep fried everything...after a time the drain got clogged with grease....I refused to pay for the bill from the plumber and told them if they didn't clear the grease off the plates that this would happen again and again.

I have ended up making a cleaning/set up checklists for the properties (after saying for months that I needed to do it) since there are little things that they forget to do like cleaning out the soap dish, putting bottles of water in the fridge, or putting the cake of soap in the shower, etc.
