I don't think this was the point, but my estimates for steven's cash flow, net, is right around $2100/mo net cash flow after a 45% operating expense and mortgage amount of 225k.

I think that the career experience I have makes me pretty well suited to investing in NPNs and doing the work it takes to monetize them. 

I can imagine situations in which the markets seize up and PPR is unable to monetize their assets.  

My members and I tried to monetize the value of the data services and in the end, we kept our systems in-house and to ourselves.
