I find this thread entertaining... all the folks defending the note guru's  when you have a thread on BP about the flipping gurus  everyone jumps on and says how bad they are LOL..paid training is paid training no matter what it is.. anyone paying Scott and Eddie 20 to 40k will be just like the legions of armonado students.. some will do well others do nothing. and the guru sails off into the sunset making huge bucks....  

Even if your lease agreement says unpaid pest control and unpaid late fees become unpaid rent, you don't need to be trying to defend that in court.

While recognizing that there are always two sides to every story, this one sounds pretty cut and dried, and tough to defend on his part.

Bureaucrats will defend their pet agency with great zeal.

I don't have to expressly ignore what I see with my own eyes when I see children forced to take off their clothes and having a stranger put his hands on their legs, inner thighs and butt.It's unfathomable how people can defend the trauma this child is clearly being put through.

You could buy a home with HOA liens on it that are not listed as a defendant and have to pay them a fee OR fight with them because they think they are still owed money.3.

I'd say caution needs to be taken when you're told "my attorney said this is good"......his attorney will defend him, (or they may weasel out of it when they discover they were wrong) they have no obligation to defend you.

If you have a valid reason, you may have someone make claims till the cows come home, they have to prove the discrimnation card, you don't defend against them but toyour decission.
