I am looking to start my first flip and would love to hear any advice from someone who has flipped houses while being in the military.

If you don't qualify through military connections, you can join one of the designated military support associations to qualify.

I just graduated college with a Marketing and Business Adminstration degree (I worked throughout and had military assistance so i was able to graduate debt free.

As a renter for years in the military, I've worked with some good and lots of terrible PM companies (the barrier to entry is very very low.) 

PenFed is your best bet, and if you don't qualify by military connections, you can qualify by joining a military support organization (through a small donation)
