And are they production builders that to provide the product at the cost they do use basically the least expensive materials possible and beat the crap out the subs pricing.so there is a fine line there you cant pay low price and expect supreme product..

I’m surprised Affirm would be involved.The cost is worth $499.00, maybe $999 if they would invest in adding more value…having a FB community is not a value add.I was expecting the material to be cutting edge & disruptive to traditional whole selling - silly me.$11K for sign in credentials to a digital product with some videos talking about the obvious is not cutting edge or disruptive…it’s just wrong.

I find that surprising and wondering how that is possible.As someone with a full-time W2 job who is a limited partner in a real estate syndication with less than 1% share and does not satisfy any material particiapation criteria, I would have expected the loss to be passive.
