My problem starts with health insurance which I need because of medical reasons and need to stay on BcBs.

I’ve done some surface level research and know that you can pay third-party services, but wondering if I can outright cancel due to medical reasons for my dad (cancer) who is too weak to travel.

(And having trouble getting the tenants to allow the work to take place).The tenant wants us to cover all their medical bills / urgent care visits and we do not think this is a good idea.
