I have solid cash flow, but i make more money from service type business's, like property management, construction and Realty services.  

I love Cross Country specifically because they can service their own loans meaning that they handle all the construction draws and payment processing.Plus, I like Homestyle over 203k because they don't have as strict of guidelines on what has to be renovated.

It certainly does impact our business for anyone considering using our services and there are many facts that are misrepresented or omitted.RTR serves as a turnkey and new construction marketplace that researches various investment markets throughout the country and connects investors and sellers.

Still doing some digging, but if the neighborhood and city will allow it then will take the next step and see if the cost of these additional services would negate the value of splitting the property up or not.

I'd suggest checking in with some social service organizations within a few miles of the property to see if they work with people/populations in the area looking for this type of house.

Some of that has to do with things like electrical service being available in needed amounts for the types of structures that will be there.
