Just because they inherited the property doesn't mean they can sell it.

Long term it gets complicated and also if you have heirs to inherit it there are many restrictions . look up Kareen hall and udirect .

New investor, looking for advise on the possibility of using an inherited IRA for leveraging a property.

Usually there's at least a nephew or niece somewhere who would inherit the property.
