What are some tips/suggestions you'd offer for Long Distance Self Management? 

If you recall also those with swimming pools in Los Altos hills that were on a hillside some of them the water came out and flooded into their homes.. it was quite random.. my kids were walking home from grade school alone ( Back in those days it was OK for kids to walk a few blocks by themselves.. )  The poor folks though on Hwy 17 connector through Oakland got pretty much squished when the top deck fell down that was very sad..

My kids started telling me that in the hallway they were afraid because someone was following them.

Vacationers are starting to go back to hotels as Airbnb fees have increased and they don't want to deal with cleaning dishes on top of paying cleaning fees.We stayed in a nice vacation rental on the Oregon Coast and there was evidence that kids or homeless were hanging about when it was vacant.  

Any tips or pointing me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
